The Kuijo live in Wen Tyu under the rule of the Princess and her court. They are a rural people, staffing the militaries of Wen Tyu as levies and managing the farmlands of the eastern lands of the Kingdom. The Kuijo are more patriarchal, and differ from the progressive views of the Xiuhan who rule over them. In years past, the Kuijo have been the source of peasant revolts, led by the mystical plots of the mysterious Wonyeong Clergy. Their morality is distinctly conservative relative to the urban centers, and they share in the Xiuhan hatred of the Triumites.
