What happens during the procedure

Your surgeon will make a small incision to the area from which you want to remove the fat. A small probe is inserted which will safely transmit ultrasound waves which are used to liquefy the fat. The liquefied fat is then gently removed and reinserted in the form of injections, directly into the parts of the body you wish to accentuate or smooth. Step by step Fat Transfer surgery
Beginning with a no-obligation consultation with one of our highly experienced Treatment Co-ordinators, during the initial consultation your full medical history will be taken, and you will be able to discuss Fat Transfer surgery in detail. We will then book you an appointment with one of our doctors for the next step.
You will meet your practitioner when you decide to proceed with Fat Transfer surgery, who will review your individual and what you want to achieve. The Doctor will review your medical history and assess whether you are suitable for Fat Transfer London surgery. You will also be given an image of the expected results as well as the time duration and downtime. During the consultation, you will be able to ask any last-minute questions.
When you decide to go ahead with Fat Transfer surgery, you will meet with the doctor again on the day of the procedure. After any final questions and giving your consent to proceed, you will meet the Nursing team and the Anaesthetist will ensure the procedure is as comfortable as possible.
